Local post office fully insured with delivery confirmation and signature confirmation
Tracking information will be provided once you are notified by us via email.

VOGUELANDE declines any responsibility for delays caused by the Post Office, by customs
clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies or delays caused by Acts of
Good. Meanwhile, it is your responsibilities to pay the local customs duties.
In the rare and unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, VOGUELANDE will assist the
purchaser in filing all pertinent paper work.
A claim for a lost or stolen package can be filed with local post office after 30 (thirty) days (after
the shipping date).
For Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase under the accepted reasons, please contact us
immediately at info@voguelande.com. We will instruct you where to return your bag(s).You
must return your bag(s) first with new and unused conditions for all original packaging and no
signs of wear within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send your returned package via
courier at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 7 business
days after receiving of goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded. All sales are
final for promotion merchandise.
For exchange:
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can
only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control
check.
Please be aware that items must be returned with their original packaging. Items returned without
their original packaging will not be accepted.
